Crystalitie offer free shipping with all orders within the UK Mainland (Excludes Northern island and Highlands & Island). 

Items will be dispatched the following day.

Orders are shipped via Hermes courier and should be delivered within 2-4 business days.

We will ship our make up organizers outside UK if needed, please get in touch for a quote.


You have seven working days to return an item to us. The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order.

-Contact us at quoting your order/invoice number.

-Include a reason for return.

-You will then be sent a returns authorisation number which you must write down and enclose in the parcel along with your invoice number, name and address details.

-The items MUST be in their original condition and all original packaging and goods will be inspected once we have received them.

-You must pay to return the goods to us and adequate insurance to the full value of the item with which you paid for should be taken out in order to cover any loss or damage of the item as we will not refunds goods received to us in a damaged condition.

We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or without any of the original packaging, we may have to send it back to you. This can include us receiving the item with some of its packaging missing, scratches or any other damage which can be due to the product not being handled with strict care. As the item is of a delicate nature we take this very seriously.

We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition and apply your refund to your original payment method. This is usually done within 14 days.

Received damaged goods/returns for faulty goods

Due to the nature of acrylic tiny hairline cracks, or bubbles occur during the fabrication process at joints, this is rare and they are not considered defects.

If you receive a damaged item you must contact us immediately well within 7 days:

-Send us an email along with a minimum of five images of the interior and exterior of the packaging and the actual product and damage to:

-Contact MyHermes via their website and arrange a suitable time within the 7 days for pickup of the damaged item, you may supply the tracking number on the outside of the parcel, alternatively, contact us at and we will arrange this for you.

-Package the item up well, making sure ALL the packaging it was received in it still intact. If it is not you may lose your right to a refund.

If the damaged item is not received back to us within 7 days you may lose your right to a refund.

On receipt of the damaged goods we will send you a replacement item.
